From two photos to your first performance.

A practical walkthrough of choosing your cast, using credits, following your task and saving the finished video.

Before you start

58th Floor AI creates a 15-second studio performance from two separate photos. Watch the public example first: it shows the style of the video and lets you hear the performance audio. Your generated result can differ from the example.

Prepare the two photos you want to use and sign in to the account where you want to keep your finished video. Selecting a photo is only a local preview; the files are sent for processing when you start the task.

  • One clear subject in each photo.
  • JPG, PNG or WebP, no larger than 15 MB each.
  • Permission to use both photos. Real people must be adults who agree to appear.
  • At least 50 credits available for the video.

01. Add and check both photos

Open Make Video and choose a picture for First performer, then a second picture for Second performer. Inspect the previews: are both faces visible, and is each photo the one you intended to use?

Change photo replaces a selection; Remove photo clears that slot. If a file is rejected, check its format and size, then choose a supported file. Confirm the permission statement once you have reviewed both pictures. Browsing another page through the site navigation keeps this draft in the current tab; refreshing or closing the page can clear unsubmitted photos.

02. Check your credit balance

A 15-second performance uses 50 credits. If you already have enough credits, you can use them for this video. Otherwise, review the live prices and buy a one-time pack. Purchasing is separate from creating: payment does not automatically submit your photos.

After checkout, use the payment return page to check the order status. Return to Make Video with the same account and review your photos and balance. If the order remains unresolved, check its status or contact support with the order reference instead of making another payment to fix it.

03. Start once, then follow the task

Choose Create my video when both photos, permission and your account are ready. The studio sends the request and displays its status. 50 credits are reserved while the video is being made, then confirmed as spent after the finished file is saved.

Queued, running and waiting describe work that has not finished yet. Processing time varies. If the screen asks you to continue or check the existing request, use that control: it is designed to follow the original task instead of starting a new generation. Keep the task ID if you need support.

04. Watch and download

When the task succeeds, the studio shows a player and a download link. Play the result with sound to check the performance. You can also open My Videos to find completed videos for your account, play them and download them later.

Look at both performers and the overall movement before sharing. AI can change appearance, shots and mouth movements; a completed task does not guarantee exact likeness or precise lip sync. Use the downloaded file in ways that respect the permissions you have for the photos and audio.

If something needs attention

If a task clearly fails, its reserved credits are released. If the service cannot confirm whether the task was accepted or completed, it may need recovery or support review. Follow the message attached to that request and keep its identifier.

An empty My Videos list means no completed videos were returned for the current account. Check that you used the same account and return to Make Video for any task still in progress. If an order or video is missing, send support the relevant reference and a description of what you saw. Never send passwords, verification codes or payment card details.
