15seconds

Your two photos.
One shared take.

The current studio offers one video format. There are no quality tiers to choose between: use 50 credits, follow your task, then watch and download the completed video.

Know where your credits go.

01

Buy for your account.

Sign in and review the current price. After a successful purchase, return to the studio and check your balance. Payment alone does not submit your photos or start generation.

02

Use it when you create.

50 credits are reserved for the task. Once the finished video is saved, those credits are confirmed as spent. Your completed video is available in My Videos.

03

Follow the original request.

A clearly failed task releases the reserved credits. An uncertain status may need recovery or review. Follow the task’s message and keep the reference if you contact support.

Already have credits? You can go straight to the studio. For a missing purchase, check the order status before buying again.

YOUR QUESTIONS, ANSWERED

Clear answers before checkout.

Photos, credits and what happens next. For a question about your own order or task, contact support with its reference.

How much does one video cost?

One 15-second video uses 50 credits. Available credit packs and their prices are shown in the studio and on the pricing page. Buying credits adds them to your account; it does not automatically start a video. Return to Make Video, select your photos and submit when you are ready. See the current price.

Is this a subscription?

The packs shown here are one-time purchases, not recurring subscriptions. Each new video uses 50 credits. Check your available balance before buying another pack, and review the payment details at checkout.

Can I see the result before I buy?

You can watch the public example and inspect its two source photos without purchasing. That example is not a personalized preview of your own photos. Creating a video with your photos requires 50 credits; the current studio does not offer a free personalized generation.

What happens if my video fails?

50 credits are reserved when the task starts and confirmed as spent after the finished video is saved. If the task clearly fails, the reservation is released. If the service cannot yet confirm what happened, the request may stay pending for review. Use the recovery option shown in the studio or contact support with the task ID; do not submit a new request just to check the old one.

What if I paid but cannot see my credits?

Check the payment return page and use Refresh order status. Make sure you are signed in to the account used for the purchase. If the payment or balance still looks wrong, contact support with your order reference. Do not send card details, passwords or verification codes. Contact support.

Can I ask about a refund or my credit balance?

For a payment, refund or balance question, contact support with your order reference and explain what happened. A failed-task credit release is different from a cash refund. Review the purchase information and Terms before paying. Read the Terms.

When are credits used?

We reserve 50 credits when you submit a generation and confirm them as spent after the completed video is saved. Watching or downloading it does not use more credits. Starting another generation uses another 50 credits; checking the same request does not.

Do credits expire, and can I buy more later?

Purchased credits do not automatically expire. Additional purchases add credits to your balance. Credits from refunded or reversed orders are subject to the applicable refund and payment-dispute rules.
